Important Organizational Changes
Promotion and New Hire for Vice President National Marketing Position
We are pleased to announce that John McCulloch will be moving to IFS Special Markets to accelerate our efforts to grow the non-qualified and qualified markets through Avitas. Avitas, a division of Special Markets, is an IFS company that creates strategic alliances with alternate distribution organizations. John is also leading the effort to promote the new Treasury Funded Structured Settlement (TFSS), a Treasury funded structured settlement product provided by Midwest Trust. Special Markets also provides support to EPS consultants in the non-qualified structured settlements market enabling them to broaden their structured settlement opportunities in this growing area of our business.
In addition John will assume the role of Vice President of Advanced Marketing. In that role he will provide technical support to consultants for the traditional structured settlement business that has grown more complex over the years. John has used his extensive structured settlement knowledge to support EPS consultants in the areas of tax, public benefits and annuities, and will now bring that knowledge and support to all of the IFS companies.
We are also pleased to inform you that we have selected and hired a new Vice President of National Marketing for EPS, Greg Roth of Detroit, Michigan. Greg has a unique set of skills and attributes, having come from a claims, marketing and sales management background with Hartford and CNA.
Greg has over 23 years of claims leadership experience, with a focus on self-insurance, TPA's, commercial lines and marketing. He also has significant experience in medical cost containment products/services and excess insurance underwriting. We are excited that Greg has joined us and look forward to the many contributions he will make for the benefit of EPS clients and consultants.
